Common use of Availability Promotion Clause in Contracts

Availability Promotion. 17.2.1. The Company may order the Management Venture to manage various projects to promote the availability of the Site and its surroundings, including the management of planning and management of the execution of such projects, pursuant to the provisions of section 5 (Management of Timetables), section 6 (Management of Assessments, Budget and Cash flow) and the procedures of the Company as may be updated from time to time.
