Common use of AVAILABILITY Service Level Target Clause in Contracts

AVAILABILITY Service Level Target. For transaction processing services, this SLA provides that the Payment Gateway Application will be available 99.5% of the time (averaged over the calendar month). You will be eligible for service credits as set forth in the following table if this Availability Target is not met due to Outages. Cumulative Duration of Outages within a Calendar Month which exceed the Availability Target Credit 10 minutes through 60 minutes 1/30th of MRFC for Affected Service Each full hour in excess of 60 minutes 1/30th of MRFC for Affected Service
