Common use of Average Incidence of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Average Incidence of Sick Leave. ‌ The words "average incidence of sick leave" when used in this Agreement shall mean the total number of times that a member was absent from work due to disability, divided by the number of years of continuous employment of such member. The "average incidence of sick leave" shall equal not less than one (1).
