Common use of Avoiding Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Avoiding Interruptions. This procedure shall not be construed to permit interruptions of classroom or other College activities or to authorize the involvement of students at any LEVEL of the procedure. In circumstances where a critical witness available to prove or disprove the existence of a fact is a student, then in such a case the student may be a witness.
