Common use of Award of Arbitrators Clause in Contracts

Award of Arbitrators. The award of the arbitrators will be final -------------------- and binding upon the parties, and may, at the arbitrators' discretion, include costs of the arbitration, reasonable fees and costs of attorneys, experts and other witnesses. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. An application may be made to any such court for judicial acceptance of the award and an order of enforcement.
