Common use of Awarding the public contract Clause in Contracts

Awarding the public contract. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the lowest/most interesting tender. Notice though that, in accordance with Art. 85 of the Law of 17 June 2016, there is no obligation for the contracting authority to award the contract. The contracting authority may either decide not to award the contract; either redo the procedure, if necessary through another award procedure.
