Common use of Awarding the public contract Clause in Contracts

Awarding the public contract. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender . Notice though that, in accordance with Art. 85 of the Law of 17 June 2016, there is no obligation for the contracting authority to award the contract.
