(b) - Job Descriptions Sample Clauses

(b) - Job Descriptions. The following will appear in all collective agreements and will replace any provision covering job descriptions that existed in the Hospital's expiring collective agreement: “A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this collective agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Hospital notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to article 20.01(a) above.”

(b) - Job Descriptions of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this Collective Agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Employer notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to Article 20.01(a) above.
