Shift Leader. .01) The Shift Leader function provides for a premium to be paid to an employee who has been designated by management to be a shift leader. Existing employees will be asked to submit their interest in filling this role. Management also has the right to withdraw the premium when circumstances no longer warrant the payment of such a premium
Shift Leader. The Shift Leader role is an expanded set of responsibilities assigned for specific shifts to a Union staff member of an operating unit. The Shift Leader will serve as a representative of management (particularly when management is absent) and will make the necessary operational decisions that come up in the course of the unit’s day-to-day operations. As the Shift Leader role is a position supplement, applications will only be open to current Union staff members of the particular operating unit. Employees shall receive responsibility pay as identified in Article 24.11 in addition to their regular wage for all hours that they serve as a Shift Leader. Implementation and continuance of the Shift Leader role in each of the operating units shall be at the discretion of the Employer.
Shift Leader. The Contractor shall provide an unarmed, uniformed, security trained management employee who shall: (i) be directly responsible for the shift activities during a tour of duty, including but not limited to, scheduling of security officers and response to emergencies; (ii) have experience in operations center console operations, especially those that entail the monitoring of security, safety and engineering systems; and (iii) report to the Chief of Security of GS/OAS in the absence of the on-site Project Manager.
Shift Leader. 42 When there are two (2) custodians working the 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm shift with no Lead 43 Custodian on duty, the custodian with the most seniority will be designated as shift leader and 44 given the authority to make minor decisions and will direct substitutes in their duties. 45 47 48
Shift Leader. A Security Guard (Control Room Operator) who is appointed as a Shift Leader or required to perform the duties of a Shift Leader and is required to direct other employees on that shift, shall be paid the following flat allowance. *2006 Hourly 2007 Hourly 2008 Hourly Shift Leader 59c 61c 63c *Currently being paid.
Shift Leader. 7.4.1 The Shift Leader assignment will be given to one or more employees. A Shift Leader may be assigned to work on any shift where a supervisor is not scheduled. When assigned to work as a Shift Leader, an employee will receive a pay differential of $1.00 per hour for each hour such employee is assigned to serve as Shift Leader.
