Babelcube Approval. At any time, before or after publication, Babelcube may review the completed Translated Book for consistency with industry standard high-quality translated books. Babelcube will have the right to accept or reject the Translated Book in its discretion or provide instructions on how to meet Babelcube’s standards for completed translated books. If Babelcube rejects the Translated Book, this Agreement will terminate and no party to this agreement will have any claim against any other party.

  • Course Approval Approval for dual credit shall be by the LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representatives on a course-by-course basis each semester based on the student’s prior coursework, career pathway, and/or academic readiness. There is no state limit to the number of credits a student may earn through dual credit in an academic term; however, the student must meet eligibility requirements.

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.
