Common use of Back-ups Clause in Contracts

Back-ups. 8.1 The Customer may store content locally. Sensus process management shall make a back-up of the content at least once a day, and endeavour to store each back-up securely and retain it for a maximum of 90 days, in compliance with the agreements set out in the Service Level Agreement (the SLA in Appendix B to this contract). 8.2 Sensus process management is not liable for the loss of or damage to the content sent by the Customer or stored on its local server, or uploaded by the Customer to its local server.
