Background and Results (Object Code. Where a Party has Access Rights to Background Object Code or to Foreground Object Code, which is Needed for Exploitation of [START OF OPTION] such Party’s own [END OF OPTION] Results as provided under Section 9.4 of this PCA, the Access Rights exclude the right to sub-license to third parties (other than Affiliates). Such sub-licensing rights may, however, be negotiated between the Parties concerned.
