Common use of Backup Clause in Contracts

Backup. Periodic backups are performed, with the exclusion of services for which the customer is responsible for maintaining and managing backups (Dedicated Servers and Virtual Servers). For Hosting and Post services, periodic backups are performed which, for Hosting services, can also be accessed by the customer. Additional backups, not accessible by customers, are carried out for the sole purpose of Disaster Recovery.
