Backup. In the unlikely event that AIPP is unable to provide electronic access to one or more of the journal titles that comprise the Licensed Content for an extended period of time, AIPP will cooperate with a third party vendor that has archived the Licensed Content to ensure that Licensee will be able to access the Licensed Content continuously, per the terms of this Agreement.
