Common use of BADGES AND PROXIMITY CARDS Clause in Contracts

BADGES AND PROXIMITY CARDS. The Seller's employees or subcontractors may require the use of DOE badges and proximity cards issued by the Company in order to perform work under this subcontract. DOE badges and proximity cards remain the property of the U.S. Government and must be returned to the Company upon completion of this subcontract. Failure to do so could result in the loss of future work with the Company.
