Common use of Bailee Locations Clause in Contracts

Bailee Locations. Schedule 2.02 sets forth for each Grantor any locations, other than any owned real property locations, where such Grantor maintains any Inventory with an aggregate book value of $10,000,000 or more at any time from time to time, including, for each location: (a) the name of the Person in business at such location, (b) its street address, and (c) a brief description of the type of location (i.e. leased property, warehouse, bailee, etc.).
