Balance of Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities Prepayment. Upon the earlier of (aa) 30 Days after the Effective Date or (bb) [INSERT CALENDAR DATE BY WHICH EQUIPMENT MUST BE ORDERED TO MEET CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE], the difference between the portion of the Total Estimated Interconnection Cost paid to date and the Total Estimated Interconnection Cost is due and payable by Seller to Company. A. Company shall not be obligated to perform any Engineering and Design Work or procure and construct Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities until Seller pays the amount in this Section 3(b)(iii) of this Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities), and receipt of such payment shall constitute Seller's irrevocable authorization to Company to perform such procurement and construction work.
