Common use of Baltimore County Public Schools Clause in Contracts

Baltimore County Public Schools. employees who do not wish to have their images/likenesses or personal information posted on the district’s or school’s Web site, Facebook account, Twitter account, or any other form of social media shall opt out by making their preference(s) known to their supervisor/administrator and shall inform anyone engaged in the taking of photos, filming, or video recording of classroom, school, or system events in which they may be involved.
