Bank Management Obligations. Pursuant to, and in accordance with, the policies and procedures of Bank, as may be amended from time to time in Bank’s discretion, Xxxxxxxxx shall be responsible for oversight of all financial matters of Bank and such other matters as are assigned to her from time to time consistent with the intent of this Agreement and sound business practices.
