Bank One Credit Documents. Amend, modify, supplement or waive any term or provision of any of the Bank One Credit Documents in any way without obtaining the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders so as to provide for (a) any increase in the non-default rate of interest chargeable thereunder with respect to the Bank One Debt or the default rate of interest chargeable thereunder as in effect on the date hereof, (b) any increase in the amount of any of the Bank One Debt or any installment due thereunder, (c) any reduction or acceleration of the maturity date of any payment of the Bank One Debt or interest (other than as expressly provided in the Bank One Credit Documents as in effect of the date hereof), (d) any increase in the amount of fees payable under the Bank One Credit Documents, or (e) the granting or obtaining of any collateral security or obtaining any lien on any collateral.

  • Senior Loan Documents Borrower represents and warrants that it has provided PFG with true and complete copies of all existing Senior Loan Documents, and Borrower covenants that it will, in the future, provide PFG with true and complete copies of any future Senior Loan Documents, including without limitation any amendments to any existing Senior Loan Documents.

  • Reference to and Effect on the Credit Agreement and the Other Credit Documents (i) On and after the First Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Amendment”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Credit Documents to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
