Banking Relations Set forth in EXHIBIT 2.26 is a complete and accurate list of all arrangements that Company has with any bank or other financial institution, indicating with respect to each relationship the type of arrangement maintained (such as checking account, borrowing arrangements, safe deposit box, etc.) and the person or persons authorized in respect thereof.
Mortgage Banking Business Except as has not had and would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect:
Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).
Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.
Investment Banking Services Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus, during the period beginning 180 days prior to the initial confidential submission of the Registration Statement and ending on the Effective Date, no Member and/or any person associated or affiliated with a Member has provided any investment banking, financial advisory and/or consulting services to the Company.
Relationship Managers The Participant Relationship Manager and the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager at the date of this agreement for the purposes of clause 27 of Part B of this agreement are as follows:
Banking Relationships Schedule 3.22 shows the names and locations of all banks, trust companies and other financial institutions in which the Company has accounts, lines of credit or safety deposit boxes and, with respect to each account, line of credit or safety deposit box, the names of all Persons authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto.
