Common use of Banking Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Banking Services Agreement. Stifel has arranged with BNY Mellon and Bank for the issuance of Check writing and ACH privileges and Cards to its clients. The Banking Services Agreement (comprised of the Introductory Section of this Agreement along with Sections I and IX, of this Agreement) is made among you, Stifel, BNY Mellon, and Bank and explains the types of Card and ACH Transactions that you can perform, as well as your rights and responsibilities concerning your usage and safekeeping of your Checks and your Cards. By using your Card or writing Checks or effecting Transactions, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Banking Services Agreement.
