Bankruptcy Court Jurisdiction. Except as provided in subsection (c) and subsection (d), any disputes arising under this Agreement, or related to the meaning, effect and interpretation of the Amended Plan, the Confirmation Order or this Agreement (which Agreement is a part of the Amended Plan and Confirmation Order), shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court.
