BANK’S DISCRETION. 10.1 The Bank is entitled, at any time in its absolute discretion by giving reasonable prior notice to the Cardmember to refuse or to approve any proposed Card Transaction notwithstanding that the Current Balance available in the Cardmember’s Account allows for any such proposed Card Transaction upon the occurrence of any of the followings: (a) If the Cardmember breaches or threatens to breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or (b) If the Bank believes that the transaction occurred is highly suspicious or suspected to be a fraudulent transaction.
