(b) Notwithstanding, and without prejudice to, the other provisions of this Agreement, we shall be entitled at any time in our reasonable discretion with reasonable notice but without giving any reason, refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the CRC Card, the Citibank ATM/Debit Card and/or CRC chequebook and/or to introduce, amend, vary, terminate or withdraw any or all of the benefits, services, facilities and privileges in respect of or in connection with your CRC account and your being a CRC accountholder (e.g. preferential interest rate balance transfer programs, instalment plans, exclusive invitations to events, access to health, travel, credit balance repayment insurance offered in collaboration with key insurance companies). (c) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, we are entitled at any time in our absolute discretion from a risk management perspective and if required by the relevant authority or under any applicable Law or Regulation, without notice to you and without giving any reason, suspend your right to use your CRC account. (d) We shall be entitled to pay the credit balance (if any) on your CRC account to you (or to your executor(s) or administrator(s) in the event of your death) and shall not be obligated to enquire about the beneficial rights to such funds. (e) Notwithstanding any CRC statements or notices sent by us to you, we have the right, in our reasonable discretion, to reverse any entry, demand refund of and/or debit your card account in respect of any overpayment or wrongful credit into your CRC account. Discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, whenever in this Agreement a Person is permitted or required to make a decision (a) in its “sole discretion” or “discretion” or under a grant of similar authority or latitude, the Person will be entitled to consider only those interests and factors as he, she or it desires, including his, her or its own interests, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, will have no duty or obligation to give any consideration to any interest of or factors affecting the Partnership or the Limited Partners, or (b) in its “good faith” or under another express standard, then the Person will act under the express standard and will not be subject to any other or different standards imposed by this Agreement or any other agreement contemplated by this Agreement or by relevant provisions of law or in equity or otherwise.
