Common use of BANK’S DISCRETION Clause in Contracts

BANK’S DISCRETION. Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, we are entitled at any time in our discretion without giving you any notice or reason, to: (a) suspend your right to use the Card entirely or in respect of the Card Transactions; and/or (b) introduce, amend, vary, restrict, suspend, terminate or withdraw all or any of the benefits, services, facilities and privileges in respect of or in connection with your Card and/or the use of your Card.
