Banned Countries. (a) The Marketing Partner may only target marketing to citizens or residents of the countries which are not included on the banned country list as set out in the Marketing Partnership Section, as may be updated from time to time by IG in its sole and absolute discretion without notice. (b) Marketing for IG Bank S.A. may only be displayed in Switzerland.
