Banquet Staffing Procedure. The most senior employee(s) in the building where the banquet is held, shall be considered first when staffing for banquets. If no person in that building accepts the work, it will then be offered to employees in other buildings on the basis of district seniority. Substitutes will be called in only if employees on staff are not available to work or if extra help is needed.
