Bargaining Information. The Board shall furnish to the Federation a copy of all information, not privileged under the Louisiana Public Records Acts, necessary for the proper administration of the terms of this Agreement or for the negotiation of a successor Agreement. The Board shall not be required to do research or to assemble or compile data not already available.
Bargaining Information. 1. The Superintendent and/or Treasurer shall furnish the Association, within a reasonable time, and upon written request, such necessary information as may be available and pertinent to the issue(s) to be bargained. Nothing herein shall require the Board to furnish information expressly compiled for the confidential use of the Board's team.
2. The Treasurer shall provide the Association's agent with the following upon request:
a. Training and experience grid (including supplemental).
b. Individuals on extended service and amount paid.
c. Treasurer's monthly financial reports.
d. Certificated Staff form CS-1.
e. Any and all Auditor's Amended Certificates of Estimated Resources.
f. Annual Appropriation Resolution.
g. Annual Summary Report and rate increase data for all insurance programs identified in this contract.
h. Any other public documents the Association deems relevant to negotiations.
Bargaining Information. The College shall provide to the Union annual audited financial statements and the annual budget of the College, upon request, no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days of approval by the Board of Trustees.
Bargaining Information. 1. 0501 The Association shall be granted access to information relative to the bargaining and servicing of contracts except for those items that are included in the parameters given to its negotiator by the Board.

On a periodic basis, and no less frequently than within the semester after which such audited financial statements and annual budget are approved, respectively, the University’s Chief Academic Officer will notify the Union’s President via University email that such approved statements and budget are available. The official minutes of the University Planning and Budget Committee shall be provided to the Union upon the written request of the Union president.
