Common use of Bargaining Unit and Area Seniority Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit and Area Seniority. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 1 of this Article XI, bargaining unit seniority shall be cumulative and shall be continuous from the date on which the employee enters the bargaining unit as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
