Common use of Bargaining Unit Composition Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Composition. ‌ (a) The bargaining unit shall comprise all positions included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board, dated April 10, 1980, except as varied by any decision of the Labour Relations Board or by mutual agreement between the parties. (b) New positions established by the Commission shall be excluded from the bargaining unit unless mutually agreed otherwise. Any disagreement regarding the inclusion in or exclusion from the bargaining unit shall be referred to the appropriate body as designated by the relevant labour legislation.
