Base Compensation and Annual Bonus. During the Employment Term, Garan shall pay to you base compensation ("Base Compensation") in each 12 month period commencing October 1 and ending September 30 ("Fiscal Year") as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of Garan ("Board"), but for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2001, including the period October 1, 2000 to April 30, 2001, and for each Fiscal Year thereafter, such amount shall be not less than $190,000.
