Common use of Base Compensation; Extended Term Clause in Contracts

Base Compensation; Extended Term. During the Extended Term, the Company shall compensate Executive for his or her services hereunder at a rate per annum, payable in installments on the Company’s regular payroll dates for salaried executives, equal to his or her Base Compensation at the time the Extended Term commences, increased, but not decreased, by such additional amounts as the Board may determine from time to time based, in part, on an annual review of the Executive’s compensation and performance.
