Common use of Base Monthly Compensation Clause in Contracts

Base Monthly Compensation. As compensation for his services to Datakey, Executive shall be paid a monthly salary of $11,250, plus salary increases, if any, approved by the Board of Directors and documented in the Executive’s personnel and/or payroll records, payable in accordance with Datakey’s periodic payment periods and withholding practices.
