C1 Contract Price In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).
Purchase Price Protection With respect to any Mortgage Loan that prepays in full on or prior to the last day of the third full month following the related Closing Date (or such other date set forth in the related PPTL, the Seller shall reimburse the Purchaser an amount equal to the product of (a) the amount by which Purchase Price Percentage paid by the Purchaser to the Seller for such Mortgage Loan exceeds 100% and (b) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the Cut-off Date. Such payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of such payoff.
Economic Price Adjustment is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.
PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case by case basis.
Minimum Data Necessary Shared The Provider attests that the Student Data request by the Provider from the LEA in order for the LEA to access the Provider’s products and/or services is limited to the Student Data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the K-12 school purposes for which it is processed.
Base Price Initial price quoted, proposed and/or contracted per unit of measure.
CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition.
