Base Rent Increase. The monthly Base Rent payable under paragraph 1.6 above shall be adjusted as provided in paragraph 4.1 below.
Base Rent Increase. Proposed rent increases are governed by the Town of Wales Rent Control Board. Any petitioned increases will be submitted according to Section 5(2) of the town bylaws.

Base Rent Increase. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 12 of the Second Amendment, Section 2.2(e)(ii) of the Lease is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "The Base Rent for each Lease Year shall be increased by an amount equal to $82,988.84."
