Wage Increase. 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.
2. Each calendar year, in principle before 1 July, the CLA parties shall conduct talks on the adjust- ment of the (other) amounts shown in the salary table (column I, job grades 4 up to and including 6, column II and III) in article 28(2) of the CLA from 1 July of that year.
3. If an adjustment of the salary table (column I, job grades 4 up to and including 6, columns II and III) is agreed pursuant to paragraph 2 of this article, this will be applied as follows:
a. The salary table (column I, job grades 4 up to and including 6, columns II and III) will be increased by the agreed percentage and
b. the actual wage of the temporary agency worker will be increased by the agreed percentage from the agreed date.
Wage Increase. A. Effective July 1, 2023, each employee will continue to be assigned to the same salary level and step of the Student Support Services Staff Union Exempt Salary Structure that they were assigned on June 30, 2023.
B. Effective July 1, 2023, all salary levels/ranges of the Student Support Services Staff Union Exempt Salary Structure in effect on June 30, 2023, will be increased by four percent (4.0%) as shown in Appendix A.
C. Effective July 1, 2024, all salary levels/ranges of the Student Support Services Staff Union Exempt Salary Structure in effect on June 30, 2024, will be increased by three percent (3.0%) as shown in Appendix B.
Wage Increase. The hourly wage increase each year as reflected in Appendix A of the Agreement shall be as follows:
Wage Increase. A. Bargaining unit employees will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule that is part of this contract. One step is equal to one full year of employment with the district, (for this purpose, one full year is defined as one day more than one half of the employee’s required number of annual work days). Bargaining unit members will automatically receive the step increase on or before November 1st with retroactivity to the first day of their contract (as noted in Appendix A), provided funds are available. Should a financial urgency occur, the provisions of F.S. 447.4095 will be applied.
B. An employee will be placed on the salary schedule at the proper step in accordance with the number of years of service in their current job classification with the district, both earned and granted.
C. No employee will experience any cut in pay due to the implementation of the new salary schedule. However, all other provisions of this contract will remain in force.
D. Although C is the rule, there may be employees with less than 20 years service in their current job classification with the district, earned and granted, who will receive no increase in their rate of pay. If the employee’s current salary is higher than it would be if that employee were to be placed at the correct step of their salary schedule for their number of years of service in their current job classification with the district, earned and granted, then that employee’s rate of pay will be frozen.
E. Employees with more than 20 years of district service in their current job classification, earned and granted, will receive at least the maximum salary increase for the current year.
F. Veterans will be granted a year of service with the district for each year they were in active military service up to three years. The burden of proof for eligibility for this benefit will be on the employee, who will provide the Human Resources Department either a current military ID Form 2 or a military discharge form DD 214.
Wage Increase. Any increase in wages shall be effective on the first day of the pay period closest to the effective date to the payroll action.
Wage Increase. All covered employees will receive a two (2%) percent wage increase effective May 1, 2016;
Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 2021, the base wage increase for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by two percent (2%). Effective July 1, 2022, the base wage increase for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by two percent (2%). Effective July 1, 2022, Step 1 of all grades will be eliminated, and Step 2 will become Step 1 of all grades in the wage scale in Appendix A. Effective July 1, 2022, an additional max step will be added to each grade of the wage scales in Appendix A. Effective July 1, 2023, the base wage increase for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by two percent (2%).
A. Any employee covered by this agreement who is assigned by her department head to temporarily cover for an employee of a higher grade for more than 10 consecutive full working days, shall receive a differential of 3% of the temporarily assigned employee’s regular daily rate for all days so worked.
Wage Increase. The Employer and the Association agree that the new Collective Agreement shall reflect wage adjustments as follows:
(a) Effective 2021 January 01, all hourly rates of pay which were in effect on 2020 December 31 shall be increased by two percent (2%). The new hourly rates shall be rounded to the nearest whole cent.
(b) Effective 2022 January 01, all hourly rates of pay which were in effect on 2021 December 31 shall be increased by two percent (2%). The new hourly rates shall be rounded to the nearest whole cent.
Wage Increase. A. Fiscal Year 2011 - All bargaining unit employees shall receive a one time bonus as listedEffective upon Council’s ratification of this agreement.
