Based upon Applications. for Payment submitted to the Owner by the DB, the Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Sum to the DB as provided below and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment shall be formatted to present the costs in the same detail and categories as used in the Schedule of Values.
