Common use of Baseline Monitoring Report Clause in Contracts

Baseline Monitoring Report. 16.2.1 The ET Leader shall prepare and submit a Baseline Environmental Monitoring Report within 10 working days of completion of the baseline monitoring. Copies of the Baseline Environmental Monitoring Report shall be submitted to the Contractor, the IEC, the ER and EPD.
