Common use of Baseline Schedule Clause in Contracts

Baseline Schedule. Within one hundred twenty (120) days of the Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall, in accordance with Section 013216 of Division 1, submit a proposed Baseline Schedule to Owner for its review and approval. Contractor represents that the Baseline Schedule shall be an accurate representation of Contractor’s plan for performing the entire Work as of the date it is submitted to Owner, and that Contractor intends to use such schedule to execute the Work in compliance with the Contract Documents. The parties shall reach agreement upon the Baseline Schedule no later than one hundred eighty (180) days of the Notice to Proceed.

Contractor represents that the Baseline Schedule shall be an accurate representation of Contractor’s plan for performing the entire Work as of the date it is submitted to Owner, and that Contractor intends to use such schedule to execute the Work in compliance with the Contract Documents. The parties shall reach agreement upon the Baseline Schedule no later than one hundred eighty (180) days of the Notice to Proceed.
