BASIC CONCEPT DRAWINGS REVIEW. The review of the first design submission to the City is the Basic Concept Drawings Review. For architectural design the Basic Concept Drawings Review should correspond approximately to 50% completion of the Project’s Schematic Design phase. The City Community Development Director may waive certain submission requirements upon request by the Developer (not including Planning and Building requirements). The submission requirements, with scales specified for architectural drawings, include the following:
