BEATE - Information requirements Sample Clauses

BEATE - Information requirements. ‌ In order to comply with the BEATE provisions and as a precondition for the granting of dis- counted transmission fees by the TSOs, EWE has to fulfill information obligations towards the connected TSOs. EWE has for example to determine the amount of transferred gas vol- umes between the discounted gas-accounts of each Storage Customer per Month on an hour- ly basis towards the TSOs. The Storage Customer agrees that EWE will share the necessary data (individual Storage Customer-gas-data) with the TSOs to the extent as required by the TSOs.
