Common use of Before official action Clause in Contracts

Before official action. on a reduction of teachers is taken by the Board of Education, it will give notice to the Association of the contemplated reduction and afford the Association opportunity to discuss it with the employer. As soon as the names of the teachers to be laid off are known, a list of such names shall be given to the Association.
