Official Representatives. 18. The Association may select as many as five (5) members of the Association to attend during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Human Resources, the Director of Employee Relations, or designee, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussions, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.
Official Representatives. 8. The Union may select up to the number of employees as specified in the Employee Relations Ordinance for purposes of meeting and conferring with the City on matters within the scope of representation. If a situation should arise where the Union believes that more than a total of five (5) employee members should be present at such meetings and the City disagrees, the Union shall discuss the matter with the Employee Relations Director and the parties shall attempt to reach agreement as to how many employees shall be authorized to participate in said meetings.
Official Representatives. 37. The Union may select up to the numbers of employees identified in the groupings below for purposes of meeting and conferring with the City, during the employee's regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, on matters within the scope of representation. If a situation should arise where the Union believes that more than five (5) employee members should be present at such meetings, and the City disagrees, the Union shall take the matter up with the Employee Relations Director and the parties shall attempt to reach agreement as to how many employees shall be authorized to participate in said meetings. The selection of such employee members or substitutions, or replacements therefor, and their attendance at meetings during their regular duty or work hours, shall be subject to the following:

The Union may select as many as two (2) employee members of such organization from the appropriate unit represented by such organization, and one additional such employee member for each 250 employees, or fraction thereof, in excess of 200 employees in such unit, to attend, during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the SFMTA Human Resources Director or the appointing officer of a board or commission, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussion, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings. The selection of such employee members, or substitutions or replacements therefore, and their attendance at meetings during their regular duty or work hours shall be subject to the following:
Official Representatives. 58. For purposes of negotiating a successor collective bargaining agreement, the Union may select up to thirty-two (32) members to serve during the employee's regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation. For purposes of meeting and conferring with the City, on matters within the scope of representation during the term of the agreement, the Union may select up to five (5) members to serve during the employee’s regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation. If a situation should arise where the Union believes that more than five (5) employee members should be present at such meetings, and the City disagrees, the Union shall take the matter up with the Employee Relations Director and the parties shall attempt to reach agreement as to how many employees shall be authorized to participate in said meetings.
Official Representatives. The Union shall notify the Public Authority of its Official Representatives and changes in such Representatives. The list shall be sent to the Office of Labor Relations and a copy shall be sent to the Executive Director for the Public Authority.
Official Representatives. The contract negotiating team shall continue to be paid for release time to participate in negotiation, mediation and arbitration during the employee’s regular work hours.
Official Representatives. 30. MAA may select official representatives for purposes of meeting and conferring, and consulting with the City on matters within the scope of representation. Such representatives shall have the privileges and duties set forth in the Employee Relations Ordinance (Administrative Code - §16.219). For purposes of this section, the number of represented attorneys permitted paid work release under §16.219 shall be at least one person from each of the three major departments covered by this MOU (Offices of the District Attorney, Public Defender and City Attorney) and two other bargaining unit employees.

The additional doctor employee member may be selected for each additional 250 employees or fraction thereof. These official representatives may attend, during regular duty or work hours, without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Executive Administrator or his designated representative to meet and confer on matters within the scope of representation as modified by the settlement agreement affecting the bargaining unit, and to participate in the discussion, deliberation, and decisions at such meetings.
