Common use of Behavioral Health Care Case Manager Clause in Contracts

Behavioral Health Care Case Manager. An individual who provides mental health care Case Management services directly to or on behalf of an Enrollee on an individual basis in accordance with 65E-15, F.A.C., and the Medicaid Targeted Case Management Handbook. Behavioral Health Care Provider— A licensed mental health professional, such as a "Clinical Psychologist," or registered nurse qualified due to training or competency in mental health care, who is responsible for the provision of mental health care to patients, or a physician licensed under Chapters 458 or 459, F.S., who is under contract to provide Behavioral Health Services to Enrollees.
