Behavioral Health Service Authorizations. The MCOP is prohibited from requiring prior authorization for:
i. Ohio Children’s Initiative Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments; and
ii. Mobile response activities and the first six weeks of stabilization services in accordance with OAC rule 5160-27-13.
