Behaviour by Guests Sample Clauses

Behaviour by Guests. (i) that is violent or threatening; (ii) which could reasonably cause alarm or distress to neighbours; or (iii) which intentionally, recklessly or negligently causes damage to the premises at which the Property is located or personal property of neighbours, may incur a penalty under the Fair Trading Act and/or eviction and shall give Lakehouse at Conjola the right to immediately terminate the Booking and this Agreement and the provisions of clause 7(d)(i) shall apply.
