Common use of BENEFICIARY’S RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

BENEFICIARY’S RIGHTS. If the hospice program fails to abide by the terms of this participation agreement and TMA or its designee either denies the claim or claims and/or terminates the agreement as a result, the hospice program agrees to forego its rights, if any, to pursue the amounts not paid by TRICARE from the beneficiary or the beneficiary’s family.
