Benefit Levels. Short Term Disability benefit payments for claims which originate on or after January 1, 2006, 75% of base pay to a maximum benefit of $800.00.

Benefit Levels. Short Term Disability benefit payments for claims which originate on or after January 1, 20062004, 75% of base pay to a maximum benefit of $700.00. On January 1, 2005, this maximum benefit will increase to $750.00. On January 1, 2006, this maximum benefit will increase to $800.00.
