Common use of Benefit of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Conditions. Except as otherwise specified herein, this permanent Global Note is subject to the Conditions and the Trust Deed and, until the whole of this permanent Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes or cancelled, the holder of this permanent Global Note shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits as if it were the holder of the Definitive Notes for which it may be exchanged and as if such Definitive Notes had been issued on the Issue Date.

Benefit of Conditions. Except as otherwise specified herein, this permanent Global Note Note, the Issuer shall procure that is subject to the Conditions and the Trust Deed and, until the whole of this permanent Global Note is exchanged for Definitive Notes or cancelled, the holder of this permanent Global Note shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits as if it were the holder of the Definitive Notes for which it may be exchanged and as if such Definitive Notes had been issued on the Issue issue Date.
